Refund policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and proof of purchase.

  • Once your return is approved, SOLÉA must receive your parcel within 14 days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.

Return Options:

  • Returns are for exchange or store credit only.

  • Refunds are only offered if an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing, as assessed by SOLÉA.

Return Shipping:

  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

  • If the return is due to an error by SOLÉA, you will not be charged return postage.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as SOLÉA is not responsible for lost parcels.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items
