Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Eligibility:

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved, SOLÉA must receive your parcel within 14 days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.

Return Options:

Returns are for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are only offered if an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing, as assessed by SOLÉA.

Return Shipping:

Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
If the return is due to an error by SOLÉA, you will not be charged return postage.
We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as SOLÉA is not responsible for lost parcels.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Gold-filled jewellery, created by bonding a thick layer of real gold to a durable base metal using heat and pressure. Gold-filled jewellery contains significantly more gold than gold-plated pieces, making it more durable and long-lasting.
