Eligibility:
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved, SOLÉA must receive your parcel within 14 days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.
Return Options:
Returns are for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are only offered if an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing, as assessed by SOLÉA.
Return Shipping:
Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
If the return is due to an error by SOLÉA, you will not be charged return postage.
We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as SOLÉA is not responsible for lost parcels.
